Namur Direct Mount Valves
Description
The 5 port design allows it be ordered as either 4-way ( for double acting actuators ) or 3-way ( for spring return or fail safe actuators ). The function of this valve is field convertable. Relocation of a port plug converts a 3-way to a 4-way, or a 4-way to a 3-way. Single solenoid models ( for 2-position control ) or double solenoid models ( for 2 or 3 position control  are available.
Double Solenoid
Namur double solenoid valves are either detented ( 2 position ) or spring centered ( 3 position ) with either blocked center or open to exhaust. Valves displayed have coils rated for non-hazardous service "-228L " are 1/2" NPT conduit , wtertight, NEMA 4. Manual overide is standard. Single Solenoid
Namur single solenoid valves are spring return. Spring return means valve remains actuated while solenoid is energized. Valves displayed have coils rated for non-hazardous service "-228L " are 1/2" NPT conduit , wtertight, NEMA 4. "-HC" Strain Relief mini-DIN type connector, cord grip PG9. "PC" 1/2" NPT conduit, watertight, NEMA 4 & 4X. Manual overide is standard. Please contact our order desk for information on other electrical connections, explosion proof, low power, etc.
