Air Lubricators
Description
Many pneumatic system components and tools require oil lubrication for proper operation and long service life. This lubricant is normally carried by the air stream.

A properly sized and adjusted mist-type lubricator installed within 25 feet of the toll will ensure the proper amount of oil.

3. Interchangeable with SMC AL30, AL40, AL60 air lubricators
There are five main attributes to consider when selecting a Lubricator:
•Flow Capacity - measured in CFM or cubic feet per minute
•Inlet Pressure Rating - measured in PSI or pounds per square inch
•Port Size - thread size of the regulator
•Minimum Flow Rate - refers to the minimum flow required to entrain the oil into the air flow.
•Bowl Capacity - will affect the time between filings, which will impact maintenance schedules.
•Bowl Material - ( metal or plastic ) should be chosen based on environment and exposure to chemicals.
•Refilling System Capability - the ability to re-fill under pressure greatly simplifies maintenance.
